1. Estimated Delivery Time
The total time to receive your order includes Processing Time and Shipping Time.

• Processing Time (1 - 5 Business Days): Preparing your kit, strict quality checks, and secure packaging.

• Shipping Time (3 - 15 Business Days): The time it takes for the package to travel from our facility to your doorstep.

• Total Delivery Time (5 - 17 Business Days): Total estimated wait time.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your destination country and customs processing speed.

2. Premium Shipping Partners
To ensure your heavyweight velvet canvases arrive in pristine condition, we partner with premium and highly reliable international logistics networks. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered by carriers including:

• DHL

• Local Postal Services (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post)

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can easily track your package's journey on our website.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to initially update in the carrier's system.
