Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is unused, unstarted (the clear protective film must remain intact on the canvas), and in its original packaging. To start a return, simply email us at support@drilljoy.com.

Damaged or Defective Kits?
We pack every premium kit with the utmost care (always shipped rolled, never folded!), but we know accidents during transit can happen. If your canvas arrives damaged, drills are missing, or the package was compromised, please let us know right away!

How to report an issue:

1. Take a clear photo of the damage or defect.

2. Email the photo and your Order Number to support@drilljoy.com.

We will send you a replacement or issue a refund immediately—no stress involved.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it. Upon approval, a refund will be promptly issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction.

Shipping Details

• Return Address: Please contact our support team to get the designated return address nearest to you.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will never charge you a restocking fee.
